Hello, this is a message for Mr. David Chen. My name is Patricia Gomez, and I'm calling from the Riverside Hotel regarding your reservation for November twelfth. Unfortunately, the room type you booked — a king suite with a balcony — is no longer available due to an unexpected plumbing repair on that floor. We'd like to offer you a complimentary upgrade to our executive suite at no additional charge, or, if you prefer, we can move your reservation to November fifteenth at a twenty-percent discount. Please call me back at extension 3401 before six p.m. today to confirm which option you'd prefer. Thank you, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
